How we get started.
Depending on the depth of the issues and the size of the team, over the course of 3-9 months, we’ll develop and implement your team’s own Team Success Plan and Private Manager Success Plans, using my Signature System, summarized here.
Step 1. Assess the Team & Situation — Determine team members’ recognition of what needs to change, and their willingness to do so.
Step 2. Develop Self Awareness Skills – Grow self-awareness skills. The reactions we get from others depends a lot on our own motivations and assumptions we carry into the interaction – adjusting our perspective often results in desired change.
Step 3. Master the Art of Human Nature – Re-familiarize your team with “the nature of human nature”, and how to make it work for them.
Step. 4 Shift the Mindset of One of Interdependence – Learn the components of a model that helps manage the interdependence of 3 major stakeholders, and practice and apply this mindset
Step 5. Design and Implement an Action Plan – Create an action plan as individuals and a team, that builds a foundation for strong leadership of self and others.
