		<description>I like this post! Especially in this economic climate and job down turn it&#039;s even more important to let employees know they matter. It&#039;s good for morale &amp; in turn for business. When an employee feels like they matter they&#039;re more effective, call in sick less and are  more likely to stay. If managers would share a bit of themselves, even their latest golf score, we&#039;d likely share back.</description>
