How to Know When Team-Building Is NOT the Answer and What To Do Instead, So You Know How to Finally Solve Your Toughest Employee Management Problems Once and For All

I have often had managers come to me requesting team-building when their issue needed an entirely different response.  I don’t want you to make the same mistakes and waste your time hoping for the best, and then be disappointed, and still experiencing the same problem.

In this teleseminar, I’ll discuss 5 common cases when Team-Building is NOT the answer, and talk about what you can do instead.

Does this happen in your team?

  • “us and them” developing among team members
  • team members complaining about lack of communication
  • team members taking pot shots at each other in email (and cc’ing you on every one)
  • somebody’s not pulling their weight
  • one team member seems to be on the outside looking in

I’ve seen managers turn to team-building in these cases, mainly because they don’t know what else to do.  I want you to know what to do.

If your situation isn’t analyzed and responded to properly, team-building won’t help a thing, and in fact can make things worse.  That last thing I want for you is for your team members to sit through a team-building with crossed arms and rolled eyes.
