Mary Schaefer – Speaker, Coach, Trainer and Consultant
As a manager, you often see 12-hour days, a never-ending stream of emails, texts, IM’s and voice mails.
You can barely tolerate the constant refrain of “do more with less” and “we need this yesterday.” As soon as you cross one thing off of your to-do list, somehow three more have been added.
It’s incredibly frustrating because there is so much more you want to be able to do with your work, for your organization, and with your staff, but it feels like there’s hardly enough time to keep your head above water, let alone foster the kind of initiative and teamwork you want you employees to be infused with.
Here’s What I Know Is Possible
What I’ve seen is that when you tap into what naturally engages human beings at work, like appreciation and a sense of being a meaningful part of something bigger than themselves, not only do you see results in terms of your company’s bottom line, but when you draw on that deep well of otherwise untapped human potential, you’ll also experience the deep satisfaction of creating a competitive advantage for your group and your business.
What I know is possible is that when you know how to work with your staff within this new frame of reference for re-imagining work, you’ll trust your staff to do work they are proud of, with little supervision. You’ll feel clear, focused, and capable, and you’ll know you have enough time to accomplish all your goals and deadlines. You’ll know that your work and your staff’s work is truly making a difference for your organization. And you’ll be having regular, meaningful discussions about a vision for growth and development, for the business, the organization and your employees.
When You’re Ready to Make A Change
Through my coaching and training services, I help you overhaul your organization’s culture at a fundamental level.
I work with leaders who already know and understand that employees are human beings and when humans through massive change you can’t just hand them a new business card, give them a new title and expect that to be enough.
I’m not here to convince you that you need to treat people a new way, I want to work with you because you already know that’s the way you want to do it, and recognize you need help in making it happen.
If you are ready to change outdated, obsolete, or even dysfunctional ways your organization has been working, and shift into a new paradigm with both practical and meaningful results, contact me to schedule a complimentary exploratory session so we can assess where you are, what we can do, and how I can best support you.
